14 Day: Workout & Water Group Challenge

Join us for a fun way to get accountability for your workouts and water intake. Let’s jumpstart your summer bod goals!
TWO WEEKS: May 1 - 14, 2023
We will be participating right alongside you.
Each day you’ll receive a hand-picked 25-35min workout from me!
There will be a good variety so you don’t get bored (and so we hit all of those muscle groups while also doing active recovery).
You will have the ultimate accountability! We’ll be in a PRIVATE group chat in Voxer (a walkie-talkie app) and you’ll have to say when you’ve completed your workout and water goal! If you don’t like the workout assigned…no problem… you can pick some other kind of movement to do that day. Easy!
You’ll get middle of the day *reminders* to chug water and fuel your body with food that actually fuels you and your muscles.
And in the evening you will be asked if you:
a) did your workout
b) drank all of your water
c) did BOTH!
This challenge is to keep you moving, hydrated and healthy going into summer when schedules tend to get a little crazy.
